Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
